Orders placed before 1:00pm Pacific on a business day are picked and packed the same afternoon. Everything else goes out within one to two business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is scanned.

• Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Opened cosmetics cannot be resold, so they are not eligible for return unless faulty.
• Damaged in transit or wrong item sent? Email a photo to info@futurabestllc.com within 7 days and we replace it at our cost.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

We buy through authorised Korean distribution, not marketplace resellers. Every unit carries its original Korean carton, batch code and manufacture date. If you want the batch code for a specific item before you order, email us and we will read it off the shelf stock.
